I know a lot of you are always looking for a way to spruce
up your house, whether it is swapping out pillows, or changing
paint colors. There is always something I want to change in
my own home, and I love trying new ideas.
So if you are a little stumped as to what to do , this is an easy
way to change the look of your home. I love the way black doors look,
especially the really shiny ones (has to be high gloss paint!) This could even be a
weekend project...one door at a time. My go- to black paint is Farrow and
Balls Pitch Black. It never fails me and always looks so dressy and gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteI have dark doors too and it was one of the best things I have ever done! I am a color consultant for Sherwin Williams and most people that I suggest this to just think I'm nuts. They don't know what they are missing! Nice blog, keep up the nice work.

my mom always says its a good idea to paint the interior side of your door to sort of match the walls or decor of the room, so its not a random wood color :)
