my heart skips a beat when I look at these images.
I often wonder what Carolyn Bissette would be like now.
She was such a beauty and a style icon. I remember being
pregnant with my first daughter when she passed away and
i was so struck with sadness. I have had these images saved on my
computer for a while so I thought I would share them.
Isn't she just stunning?
She really is stunning. An incomparable beauty. I've always felt there was something almost haunting about her. Thanks for sharing these.

ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to see that someone else out there thinks of her. She was/is one of my top style icons. I have a copy of Vanity Fair magazine with her on the cover that I'll keep forever. So sad though.....

ReplyDeleteThis is definitely belated,but I LOVED him...and thought she had the most beautiful wedding dress EVER...Narciso Rodriguez will never match that marvelous dress...I, too, miss them both...their style and the promise of what might have been...what a lovely couple!My own unique connection to them? My husband's birthday is May 29th...same as JFK...our wedding anny...Nov. 22nd...same as his assasination date...bizarre, I know...none of it planned!! We remember them all every year...
